I visited my sister over Easter and took some card making supplies with me. She has young children and is going through that phase where they attend a birthday party every other week. We went with a relatively simple idea to produce as many gift cards as we could between her children's sleeps. I think they are quite effective.
We used the SU Confetti Stars Border to add a bit of texture to our SU Balloon Framelits. The patterned paper is actually my design. I used several different ink colours and the Gorgeous Grunge stampset to make my own paper.
