Santa's Hat comes from the Sending Cheer Bundle dies. You will not see this in the stamp set - but it is an added item from the dies.
The stamp set features lot of decorative and shaped tags, whilst the die set also adds several other items - including those to make this hat.
You may notice the shine on the cherries - this has been created by putting a piece of sticky tape over the cardstock prior to cutting out. Making them appear extra shiny.
